CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise on-site construction activities and progress. The role requires reading structural drawings, coordinating with clients, and leading a team of workers and subcontractors to deliver quality work.

You will monitor safety, maintain daily progress reports, and participate in project meetings, contributing to the efficient execution of projects and continual learning within the company.

Formación

• Experience managing construction progress and on-site activities.
• Strong site supervision and coordination with client representatives.
• Ability to read structural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent teamwork and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client's representatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractors to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Implement the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of working experience
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
