Job summary

great resources m & e contractor pte ltd is seeking a senior site supervisor with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in condominium or commercial building projects. The role requires independent management of construction activities, supervision of structural and architectural works, and coordination with client representatives.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, and report daily progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of working experience in civil/construction related field, preferably with condominiums or commercial buildings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress on site.
• Supervise structural/architectural works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead a team of workers and subcontractors; ensure on-site safety and quality.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules; oversee QA/QC.
• Attend project meetings and implement the Project Manager's work plan.

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
• Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management
• Min Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
• Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
• Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
