is seeking a construction manager to oversee on-site activities in Singapore. The role requires independent management of construction progress, understanding structural drawings and specifications, and coordinating with client representatives. You will supervise structural and architectural works, lead a team of workers and subcontractors, resolve on-site design issues, and ensure quality and safety while implementing the project plan

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability
