Job summary

You will monitor stock levels, perform regular counts, verify deliveries against PO/DO, and issue tools to sites with strict sign-out logs. English and Chinese language abilities are preferred to enhance communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction storekeeping, warehouse management, or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel for data tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English; Chinese language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Store Management: monitor stock movements and track levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts at office store and project sites.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against PO/DO for accuracy.
• Issue tools and materials to sites with sign-out logs.
• Support procurement by routing invoices and matching delivery notes.
