Job summary

EZSVS SINGAPORE (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a warehouse/inventory colleague in Singapore to manage stock reception, order fulfillment, inventory labeling, and logging. The role requires Mandarin communication, basic IDC knowledge, and proficiency with Excel.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to overtime when needed; familiar with maintaining organized warehouse records and safe storage practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher is required.
• Mandarin speaking ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates/customers.
• Warehouse/IDC-related experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IDC facilities and operations.
• Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders, and organize stock retrieval.
• Package items, label correctly, scan deliveries, and ensure quality.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors; stack and organize bulk items.
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing; keep warehouse neat and clean.
• Organize and maintain up-to-date records of inventories.
