Job summary

STERLING IMPREGLON ASIA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a warehouse coordinator to manage receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control and the issuing of materials to production and service teams. You will prepare customer orders and ensure accurate documentation for deliveries and returns.

You will maintain FIFO, keep records updated, coordinate with procurement and production, and keep the workspace safe, orderly, and compliant with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Verify incoming materials against POs/delivery notes.
• Maintain FIFO and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Update stock records and perform stocktakes.
• Coordinate with procurement and production to ensure material availability.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming raw materials, plating chemicals, spare parts, tools, and customer components against POs/delivery notes; check quantity, condition, and labeling.
• Organize storage, segregate hazardous chemicals, store parts/tools properly, maintain FIFO, ensure safety regulations compliance.
• Update stock records, perform regular stocktakes, resolve discrepancies, report low stock/expiry risks.
• Pick, pack, and issue materials to production/service teams; prepare customer orders/returned parts for delivery with correct documentation.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and orderly; operate forklift/pallet jacks; report damaged goods or safety hazards.
• Liaise with procurement and production to ensure material availability.
