Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Full-time HR and administrative professional to manage foreign workers, payroll for daily-rated staff, and ensure compliant employment processes.

You will coordinate training, work pass requirements, benefits administration, and records management while collaborating with operations to support a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/BA or related field.
• Familiarity with CoreTrade, CSOC, PCP, WIC and related requirements.
• HR experience, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of MOM work pass processes and payroll administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; 3 years in HR admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Full Spectrum HR and administrative functions, with focus on managing foreign construction workers.
• Register, renew and coordinate workers' Coretrade, CSOC and other mandatory training and certification courses.
• Administer benefits such as leave applications, medical benefits (PCP), and respond to HR-related enquiries.
• Manage insurance renewals and process Work Injury Compensation (WIC) and medical insurance claims when required; maintain accurate employee records and proper filing systems; support efficient office administration.
• Process payroll accurately and timely, including the computation of wages for daily-rated workers.
• Coordinate onboarding and repatriation of Work Permit holders.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
• Perform HR and administrative duties assigned.
