Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Executive for the construction sector to manage full-spectrum HR operations, with a focus on worker administration, payroll, recruitment and employee relations.

This role requires handling foreign worker administration and welfare, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and collaborating with production and management on HR matters.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HRM, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in construction industry.
• Strong experience in full-spectrum foreign worker administration.
• Familiar with payroll, recruitment, work pass matters and employee records.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, HR documentation and HR systems.
• Handle monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, leave and claims.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage work pass-related matters and foreign worker administration.
• Assist with HR policies, SOPs and compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
• Support compensation, benefits, performance appraisal and staff development.
• Handle employee feedback, grievances and workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate foreign worker welfare, accommodation and dormitory matters.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Management on worker-related issues.
• Maintain accommodation and compliance records, and support dormitory inspections, repairs and improvement works.
• Assist with future dormitory expansion and manpower planning.
• Handle general HR administration and other duties as assigned.
