FUCHI PTE. LTD.

in Singapore seeks an HR professional to support work pass administration, payroll, training, and site HR activities across office and project sites, while ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding for workers. You will manage employee records, leave, contracts, and benefits, coordinate recruitment, assist in performance reviews, and help implement compliance with MOM regulations and HRIS/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, construction sector preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong communication and confidential handling of information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain work pass compliance and records for onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents per statutory requirements.
• Administer leave, attendance, and time management for office/site personnel.
• Prepare HR letters: confirmations, promotions, warnings, terminations.
• Handle employee insurance matters (WICA, GPA, medical benefits).
• Monthly payroll preparation, overtime checks, deductions, and liaising with Finance for CPF and government claims.
• Coordinate training (CSOC, safety briefings) and track expiry dates.
