Job summary

GOLDEN CENTURY ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee accounting activities for our construction projects. The role focuses on budgeting, cash flow analysis, and project revenue tracking to support management decisions.

You will coordinate GST and corporate tax matters, liaise with banks for financing, and work with external auditors to prepare annual audit documentation. Strong accuracy and project-oriented cost control are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review the overall accounting activities for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, profits, and expenses to ensure proper cost control.
• Prepare annual budgets, cash flow reports, and financial forecasts for management.
• Review project costing, work-in-progress (WIP), and revenue for construction projects.
• Handle GST and corporate tax matters and ensure timely submissions to IRAS.
• Liaise with banks regarding company loans, financing, and cash flow requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare the necessary documents for annual audits.
