Job summary

MASE E&C Pte Ltd seeks a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, including full sets of accounts within a construction/project-based environment.

You will prepare financial statements, GST submissions, and tax filings while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments. Strong Excel and accounting software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required or advantageous
• ACCA/CPA/CIMA certifications are advantageous and beneficial

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to support business decisions
• Prepare and submit GST submissions, Corporate Tax and related submissions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for accurate invoicing and payment arrangements
• Process invoices and payments to maintain financial accuracy
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for financial planning
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify cash records
• Maintain comprehensive accounting records to ensure data integrity
• Support audits and tax filings with necessary documentation
• Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and stability
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Utilize SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero to streamline operations
• Apply Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate reports
• Communicate effectively and solve problems to support team goals
• Demonstrate attention to detail across financial tasks
