Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budget management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and highlight variances to management.
• Cost control: Implement cost-saving measures and analyse project costing.
• Accounts payable & receivable: Process invoices, manage supplier payments, and follow up on client collections.
• Payroll support: Assist HR in payroll processing and CPF contributions.
• Compliance & audit: Ensure adherence to MOM, IRAS, and BCA regulations; support audits.
• Project finance support: Align financial planning with construction timelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and payment schedules.
