BM RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Construction Engineer to join our growing team.

The role plans, coordinates, and supervises construction and renovation projects to ensure safety, on-schedule delivery and budget adherence across Singapore sites. A Civil Engineering degree or Diploma and at least 2 years of site experience are required. Proficiency reading drawings, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining project records is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil/Structural/Construction management.
• At least 2 years of construction/site engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Construction Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction and renovation projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare work schedules, method statements, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate procurement.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction/site engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering practices, and local regulations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work at various project sites across Singapore.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in building construction, A&A works or renovationwill be an advantage.
• Familiarity with BCA and MOM requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders.
