Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd's Outsourcing Division is seeking a Process Assurance/Data Analyst to support data collation, validation and analysis for construction projects. You will collect tender and project cost data, build a cost database, and provide admin support to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years in the built environment or construction sector, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Qualifications in Built Environment, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Data Analytics or related fields would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Process Assurance Team in data collation, sorting, validation and analysis.
• Collate data from past construction tender returns and completed construction projects.
• Consolidate cost data from past and ongoing construction projects.
• Work closely with the Infrastructure Development project team to validate data accuracy.
• Organise and analyse construction cost data to support cost norms and a cost database.
• Provide administrative and operational support for data management and process assurance activities as required.
