Job summary

You will assist in planning, evaluating sites, feasibility studies, and coordinating with design, build contractors and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires hands-on site assessment, tender preparation, budget control, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in the built environment sector.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Positive, proactive and a good team player.
• Innovative, with a high degree of creativity to think outside the box.
• Hands-on and meticulous, able to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently.
• Effective communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site identification, evaluation and feasibility assessments for planning proposals.
• Support design & build contractor engagement and regulatory compliance activities.
• Prepare site identification reports and feasibility documentation.
• Maintain records from planning guidance and government agencies.
• Prepare planning submission materials and approval tracking.
• Engage surveyors and evaluate tenders for consultancies and the D&B contractor.
