Job summary

WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Communications & Marketing Executive in Singapore. The role combines content creation, social media management and events support to strengthen the company image and engage stakeholders.

You will work with internal teams, project sites and external partners to deliver marketing materials, coordinate activities and support tender submissions in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Manage and update company website and social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create and coordinate posters, presentations, brochures, company profiles and other marketing materials
• Develop engaging content featuring company activities, projects, people and achievements
• Coordinate project photography and maintain photo/video records for marketing, company profiles and tender submissions
• Support preparation of marketing and tender-related materials
• Plan and coordinate company events, project site activities, CSR programmes, team building and company trips
• Support festive celebrations, employee engagement activities and corporate gifts
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and external parties to ensure smooth execution of events and activities
• Liaise with clients, consultants, business partners, authorities, subcontractors and vendors on company activities and enquiries
• Maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders and support company-level coordination
• Provide basic IT and office administration support
• Assist with selected company administrative matters and coordination
• Support dormitory management including sourcing, registration, bed allocation, worker movement and liaison with dormitory operators
