Job summary

The role requires at least two years in marketing or communications, strong writing, editing, and project management skills, and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, and SEO concepts. You will collaborate with stakeholders to uphold the firm’s brand.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events or a related role.
• Experience organizing and executing internal and external events with stakeholder coordination.
• Strong design capabilities and familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools are advantageous.
• Proficient in online platforms, video, social media and SEO concepts.
• Creative, solutions-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the Firm's internal and external events.
• Write and develop content for editorials, videos, brochures, and web.
• Manage the Firm's social media platforms.
• Produce media monitoring reports.
• Develop creative concepts and marketing collateral.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate media relations and respond to media requests.
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects and stakeholder relations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
