Job summary

IDS Medical Systems (Singapore) PTE. LTD. invites a Marketing Communications Executive to join our team in Singapore.

You will assist in creating and publishing content for our corporate website, social channels and internal communications, while maintaining accurate, timely digital platforms. You will also support the development of corporate articles, marketing collateral and presentations, and help coordinate exhibitions, conferences and customer events, including on-site support and material

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations and Social Media Agencies, preferably with exposure in healthcare industry or B2B.
• Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
• Able to travel to site occasionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, editing and publishing of content for the corporate website, social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update digital platforms to ensure content is accurate, timely and relevant.
• Support the development of corporate articles, marketing collateral, presentations and internal communications.
• Assist in supporting and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, customer events and other marketing activities, including material preparation and on-site support.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support the execution of marketing communications initiatives.
• Monitor content schedules and assist in preparing basic reports and performance summaries.
• Assist in capturing photos and videos during corporate events and support post-event communications.
• Ensure marketing materials are consistent with company's brand guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
