Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, events or a related role.
• Experience organizing and executing internal and external events with stakeholder coordination.
• Strong design capabilities and familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools are advantageous.
• Proficient in online platforms, video, social media and SEO concepts.
• Creative, solutions-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Communications Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute the Firm's internal and external events, including conferences, client events, seminars, networking events, and other strategic initiatives.
• Write and develop impactful content in multiple formats to include editorial articles, videos/webinars, marketing brochures,infographics, event collateral, website copy, social media posts, amongst others.
• Manage the Firm's social media platforms to include content coordination, development and execution.
• Manage production of media monitoring reports, including curation, compilation, and timely dissemination.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into well-executed marketing collateral.
• Ensure that all content output is aligned with the Firm's brand guidelines.
• Perform any duties related to the production of content.
• Build and maintain relationships with the media and coordinate all media requests and activities.
• Maintain working relations with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the team in ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives.
• Manage external communications for the Firm.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Marketing, Digital Media,Mass Communications or a related discipline.
