MBC D ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support office administration and accounting functions within the construction sector.

The role offers part-time hours and an opportunity to work closely with the external accountant and auditors. Responsibilities include processing invoices, data entry for payables and receivables, GST reporting, payroll support, and preparing monthly financial reports.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in business administration, accounting or related discipline required.
• At least 3 years of relevant admin and accounting experience, construction-industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero or AutoCount is advantageous.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders and payment vouchers.
• Data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and reconcile statements from customers and suppliers.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing system.
• Support payroll administration and employee claims processing.
• Assist with GST reporting, audits and other accounting duties as required.
• Collaborate with external accountant and auditors.
