KLA is seeking a configuration-focused professional in Singapore to manage product configuration specs and drive accurate sales orders. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, NPI, and VC Modelers while maintaining PCS documentation and SAP configurations.

The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams to ensure BOMs and materials are correctly set up. Responsibilities include leading configuration reviews, validating VC data, and maintaining accurate MRP data.

Competenze

Bachelor degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of related industry experience in managing orders configuration or planning.
Familiarity with MRP processes and MS Excel, SAP experience.
Analytical, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

Manage product configuration specifications and drive sales order configuration accuracy.
Develop and maintain key performance metrics.
Work with Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers and VC Modelers.
Chair meetings and manage PCS documents (KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, rules, descriptions).
Ensure new materials and BOMs are set up and CO accuracy when ready for VC modelling (structure PCS into SAP).
Collaborate with VC Modelers to ensure VC information is accurate and test VC changes in SAP by creating quotes.
Chair order review meetings and ensure SO accuracy with correct configuration.
Manage and ensure accuracy of C point configuration database and weekly MRP loading.
