Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks a Production Planning Specialist to drive manufacturing workflows, optimize material flow, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. You’ll plan production, release work orders, and align with procurement and logistics to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate has a technical background and at least two years in manufacturing, with SAP PP experience, BOM knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in technical engineering, business, or supply chain.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing, production planning.
• Knowledge of work order management and bill of materials.
• Experience with SAP ERP, PP module, and production reporting.
• Experience in low volume, high mix manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan production, issue work orders, and ensure on-time shipments.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehousing to receive, kit, and ship materials.
• Monitor material shortages and expedite to support production.
• Drive reduction of excess and obsolescence in inventory.
• Help develop and improve processes and KPIs.
