Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to review customer specifications, document product parameters, and coordinate with Applications and Process teams to ensure feasibility within fab capabilities.

The role involves updating manufacturing specifications in SAP, leading specification reviews, and supporting SAP-PTC/MES projects, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciences
• Relevant experience in similar functions or roles
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer specifications and product requirements.
• Clarify specification discrepancies and technical uncertainties with customers.
• Define and document product parameters, labeling, laser marking, cassettes, and CofC requirements.
• Develop test methods, product controls, and inspection plans.
• Prepare official customer specification review documentation.
• Chair PST meetings and coordinate cross-functional discussions.
• Collaborate with Applications and Process Engineers to ensure product feasibility within fab capability.
• Create and maintain manufacturing specifications in SAP.
• Implement revisions and updates to existing product specifications.
• Support SAP-PTC, MES, and system improvement projects.
• Provide inputs on new customer requirements and support solution development.
• Participate in global Product Configuration initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate product revision cut-over activities with Planning, Technology, and Operations teams.
