Job summary

Knight Frank Services Company Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Condominium Manager to lead on-site operations for a luxury residential development in Singapore. You will oversee estate services, manage a site team, and collaborate with the Management Council to maintain exceptional standards of property management.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge (BMSMA where applicable), excellent communication, and a proactive, service-driven approach to resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of condominium management experience, preferably with luxury or large-scale developments.
• Experience working with Management Councils and high-expectation stakeholders.
• Strong leadership when coordinating site teams and multiple service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management team to uphold luxury residential standards.
• Oversee estate operations, facilities, and common areas to ensure premium service.
• Coordinate with Management Council, residents and vendors for governance and service delivery.
• Monitor vendors, contracts, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reporting for prudent operations.
