Job summary

Accor’s Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford are seeking a Concierge to assist guests with tours, dining, bookings, and travel arrangements in Singapore. You will provide information on local attractions, offer theatre and transport bookings, and support guests with immigration and local rules as needed.

The role requires at least 2 years in service, fluent English, and a friendly, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O’ Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the service industry.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of Opera system and related hotel computer systems.
• Friendly and engaging service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with tours, dining, bookings, and reconfirmations.
• Provide directional information and suggestions for places of interest.
• Handle limousine bookings and related billing/forecasting.
• Ensure hotel service standards and grooming/diversity of LQA standards are met.
• Provide information and assistance to guests as required.
• Listen actively, maintain self-control and empathy in difficult interactions.
