Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a compliance professional to advise salespersons on property-related matters and company requirements. The role supports SCT matters and represents the company when authorised, and participates in mediation of commission disputes.

You will manage AML enquiries, coordinate with departments, review client and salesperson feedback, and draft legal and administrative documents as needed, while assisting with ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Provide practical compliance guidance to salespersons on property-related matters and company requirements.
• Manage AML-related enquiries, audit checks, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with departments to follow up on compliance, claims and dispute-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical compliance guidance to salespersons on property-related matters and company requirements.
• Support the handling of Small Claims Tribunals (SCT) matters and represent the Company where authorised.
• Participate in mediation sessions relating to commission disputes and support the resolution process.
• Manage AML-related enquiries, audit checks, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Review and follow up on enquiries, feedback and concerns received from salespersons and clients.
• Attend to walk-in visitors and telephone enquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Prepare and draft legal, compliance and administrative documents as required.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to follow up on compliance, claims and dispute-related matters.
• Assist with other departmental projects, administrative matters and ad hoc assignments as required.
