in Singapore seeks a Compliance & Advisory professional to provide guidance to sales teams on property-related regulations and company policies, and to support AML enquiries and documentation. You will handle SCT representations, mediation support for commission disputes, and respond to enquiries from salespersons and clients, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide general compliance guidance to salespersons on property-related matters, in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Manage and respond to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, audit checks and follow-up actions.
• Monitor relevant compliance matters and support the department in maintaining appropriate documentation and records.
• Represent the Company in matters before the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT), where authorised.
• Attend mediation sessions and assist in the resolution of commission-related disputes.
• Manage and follow up on claims, disputes and related correspondence as required.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and concerns raised by salespersons and clients.
• Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries and provide appropriate assistance or referrals.
• Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of enquiries and issues.
• Prepare and draft legal, compliance and other relevant documents in accordance with established requirements.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to compliance, claims and dispute matters.
