Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team in Singapore. You will monitor and enforce regulatory obligations across operations, conduct due diligence, and assess compliance risks.

Responsibilities include audits, policy updates, record maintenance, training, and cross‑unit guidance to implement controls and respond to regulatory changes with timely reporting. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of AML/CFT and KYC are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in compliance, law, business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory affairs.
• Experience in real estate, property, financial services, or a regulated industry is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, and risk management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and industry requirements.
• Conduct regular compliance checks, reviews, and audits across business operations.
• Review transactions, documentation, and processes to identify gaps or risks.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and reports.
• Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations to management on identified risks and improvements.
• Train employees on compliance and raise awareness
• Work with business units to provide guidance on compliance requirements
