Job summary

NUHS is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the end-to-end salary budgeting, data analysis, and compensation reporting for NUHS HQ and Group Operations & Information Technology. You will partner with HR and Finance, prepare monthly and yearly accruals, and use SAP HRIS and MS Excel to generate accurate reports while handling confidential data.

This role is based at Kent Ridge, Singapore, with standard Mon–Fri hours and opportunities for growth, annual increments, and a structured reward

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in large organizations, preferably in compensation.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HRIS.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel pivot tables; formulas; Word; PowerPoint).
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports as assigned and participate in annual manpower budgeting.
• Support compensation exercises for NUHS HQ and Group Operations & Information Technology departments.
• Assist in compensation analysis reports for MOH salary reviews and audits.
• Engage HR and Finance teams to support compensation needs of departments.
• Handle end-to-end salary budgeting processes and data extraction from SAP HRIS; maintain confidentiality.
