Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Compensation & Benefits Leader to design and drive our compensation and benefits agenda in Singapore.

You will lead market benchmarking, develop salary structures and incentive schemes, and ensure our programs attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will oversee annual salary reviews, supervise benefits administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and leaders to provide expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
• Review market trends and benchmarks to keep offerings competitive.
• Create and manage salary structures, incentive schemes, and bonus programs.
• Lead the annual salary review cycle with market studies and data evaluation.
• Oversee administration of employee benefits programs (health coverage, wellness, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials to help employees understand compensation and benefits.
• Address employee questions and escalations related to compensation and benefits.
• Maintain accurate compensation and benefits records and documentation.
