Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles.
• Analytical and inquisitive mind with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with data extraction and consolidation for budgeting, compensation, benefits and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Participating in comprehensive UAT and preparing communication materials and user guides for Performance & Rewards modules.
• Supporting the data migration phase through extraction and consolidation of records/files.
• Managing consolidation, extraction and analysis of data for budgeting, compensation, benefits and performance reviews.
• Preparing files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting.
• Reviewing compensation proposals outside approved parameters escalated by Talent Acquisition.
