Exer-Fit Consultancy Service in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sports Operations Executive to support daily gym operations, activities and fitness programmes. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure safe, engaging programmes and smooth manpower deployment.

This hands-on role combines admin coordination, site visits, quality checks and on-site support, with a focus on excellent customer experience for gym users and participants.

Qualifications

• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED from SRFAC-accredited provider.
• Recognised Fitness Instructor Certification or Diploma/Degree in Sports Science/Management.
• Registered with the National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP).

Responsabilités

• Perform daily administrative duties: data entry, record maintenance, reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day gym operations, sports activities and fitness programmes.
• Prepare site layouts, floor plans and presentation materials.
• Coordinate logistical arrangements for programmes and events.
• Conduct regular gym inspections and ensure safety and service standards.
• Manage deployment and scheduling of freelance facilitators.
