The Flexi Group seeks a proactive Community Lead to manage day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional member experiences, and drive community events across our coworking spaces. You will collaborate with Location and Operations teams to meet financial targets and grow member engagement.

Responsibilities include leading sales activities, organising events, building partnerships, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring top-quality client service and a vibrant community for members.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a customer-facing position, ideally within sales and events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive community events and partnerships to enhance member experience.
• Handle leads, memberships, and sales targets for space.
• Mentor juniors and conduct high-quality tours for potential members.
• Attend and support internal events representing the location.
