You’ll support daily operations, help with community events, and create light social media content using Canva. If you’re dependable, proactive, and enjoy making people feel welcome, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, clinical administration, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Attention to detail and enjoy maintaining beautiful physical spaces.
• Warm, empathetic and able to make people feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming therapists and clients.
• Preparing therapy rooms between appointments.
• Keeping the shared spaces clean, organised and well stocked.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the space.
• Occasionally assisting with community events and social media content.
