Job summary

Weave Living is seeking energetic individuals to join the Community Team at our Singapore properties. Help cultivate a strong sense of belonging, deliver outstanding resident service, and coordinate on-site events that showcase our brand.

Selected candidates progress to Community Supervisor with more experience. Strong English communication and hospitality background are preferred; shift-based hours include mornings, afternoons, and nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles.
• Background in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation, or co-working is a plus.
• Shift-based availability across early, late, and night hours.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents and represent the Weave brand.
• Create a welcoming environment for our residential community.
• Coordinate and execute on-property events to engage residents.
• Collaborate with Operations & Marketing to maintain brand consistency.
• Assist with on-site viewings and lease-related activities when needed.
• Report resident feedback with actionable ideas to improve living experience.
