Job summary

STA62 Trading Pte. Ltd. invites a shipping executive to join our growing logistics team.

You will coordinate shipments with internal and external stakeholders, oversee contract execution, and ensure timely delivery of commodity products, notably palm oil, while maintaining accurate shipping documentation and compliance with LC procedures. The role requires at least a polytechnic diploma and a minimum of two years in commodity trading operations, with proficiency in L/C handling and UCP 600

Qualifications

Minimum Polytechnic diploma, preferably in logistics or international shipping.
At least 2 years of experience in commodity trading operations focusing on shipping documentation.
Proficiency in Letter of Credit (L/C) handling and UCP 600 standards.
Prior experience with liquid bulk cargo, particularly in the palm oil industry, is an advantage.
Strong command of English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan shipments and execute contracts efficiently
Monitor shipping progress to ensure timely and smooth delivery of commodity products
Manage and organize shipping documents to optimize operational efficiency
Handle bank-related processes, including payments and collections
Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
