Job summary

TUNG LOK CATERING is hiring a Kitchen Helper in Singapore to assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under senior chefs. You will ensure timely quality, follow recipes, and help maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas.

The role requires stamina to stand for long periods and willingness to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude and good communication within the team are essential.

• Receive and store kitchen stock and supplies, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO).
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
