Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage the commercial and prequalification aspects of onshore and offshore module construction tenders. The role involves costing, pricing, proposal preparation, and coordination with multiple departments to secure project awards.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 5–8 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in commercial roles, and familiarity with FPSO/module construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering from reputable institution.
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience including at least 3 years in commercial roles.
• Experience in FPSO projects or module construction and project management is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and prepare technical/commercial information including proposals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and technical tender proposals with inputs from all relevant departments.
• Review tender inputs, costings, and pricing for submission.
• Coordinate with departments to collate tender inputs and deliverables for proposals.
• Review technical specifications/ drawings and prepare commercial proposals.
• Follow up on client clarifications and post-submission activities.
