Job summary

Modec Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage medium risk contracts and assist with negotiations. The role requires a strong legal and commercial background, with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in the offshore oil & gas sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years relevant experience in contracts/commercial.
• Experience in EPC projects in offshore oil & gas.
• Law and contract law knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and support negotiations for medium risk contracts.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs and manage contract closeout.
• Interact with stakeholders for contract administration.
