Job summary

PaxOcean is seeking a Commercial Tendering Specialist to oversee the preparation of commercial inputs for Onshore and Offshore Modules Construction projects. You will coordinate costing, pricing, tender proposals and prequalification documents to support strong bids and project awards.

The role requires engineering education, 5–8 years in commercial roles, and experience reading technical drawings and proposals to ensure cost-effective submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering from reputable institution.
• At least 5-8 years of relevant industry experience including a minimum of 3 years in commercial roles.
• Able to read, interpret and prepare technical/commercial information including proposals and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review Pre-qualifications documentation requirements and deliverables from customers.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather supporting documents for Prequalification.
• Prepare client's prequalification questionnaire and supporting documents for submission.
• Review Prequalification responses with AGM Commercial and Senior Management.
• Submit deliverables via client portal or email and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate tender inputs across departments for proposal preparation.
• Review technical specs and prepare commercial proposal for submission.
• Compile inputs from departments for tender submission.
• Invite Senior Management for Tender review and secure approvals.
