Job summary

A1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to join our growing commercial team in Singapore. You will lead the end-to-end tendering process for major construction projects and coordinate with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive bids.

The role requires 8–10 years of tendering and contract administration, deep knowledge of local contracts such as PSSCOC and SIA, and a proven ability to develop pricing strategies and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of tendering and contract administration experience.
• Familiar with local contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA).
• Experience with A1 main contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering process for major construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Develop tender strategies, pricing and commercial submissions in line with project requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering and risk assessments during tender preparation.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Work closely with commercial, technical and project teams to ensure competitive and commercially viable bids.
