Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited seeks a Commercial Tender Specialist to prepare onshore/offshore module construction tender proposals, including costing, pricing, prequalification, and coordination with engineering, procurement and project teams.

The role focuses on delivering compelling commercial bids to secure project awards, with emphasis on accuracy, risk review and timely submission across FPSO or module projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering from reputable institution.
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience including minimum 3 years in commercial roles.
• Experience in FPSO projects or module construction and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and technical tender proposals to support bid submission.
• Coordinate with all departments to collate inputs for tender deliverables.
• Prepare costing and pricing using Excel templates with supplier/subcontractor inputs.
• Review tender inputs with AGM Commercial and Senior Management for bid decisions.
