Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveying professional in Singapore to manage commercial aspects of projects. You will prepare progress claims, cost estimates, tender submissions and ensure accurate documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.

The role requires reviewing tender drawings and specifications, conducting quantity take-offs and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely payments and compliant project records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and follow up on monthly progress claims.
• Assess work completed and prepare supporting documents for claim submissions.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender documents and contract tender submissions.
• Review tender requirements, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare project cost breakdowns.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare and assess variation orders, additional work claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow.
• Verify subcontractor progress claims and recommend payments.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations and project correspondence.
• Ensure all claims and tender submissions are accurate and submitted within the required deadlines.
