Job summary

You will review drawings, contracts and specifications, source quotations, monitor variations, and provide regular cost reports to management, while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in construction or interior fit-out.
• Knowledge of contracts and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, quotations, tenders and BOQ.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements to identify cost implications.
• Monitor project costs, commitments and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations with suppliers.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, main contractors and suppliers on commercial matters.
• Provide regular cost reports, forecasts and commercial updates to management.
• Identify potential cost risks and recommend cost-control measures.
• Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and submitted within required timelines.
