Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to manage commercial aspects of construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on preparing POs and subcontract agreements, reviewing documents, and maintaining records in line with contract requirements.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, monitor compliance, and assist with variations, progress payments, and final accounts while supporting cost control and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Experience in the construction industry; Main Contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and administer POs and subcontract agreements in compliance with contractual and company requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams on commercial matters.
Review contract documents and maintain contractual records and correspondence.
Monitor subcontractor compliance and resolve contractual issues.
Assist with variations, claims, progress payments, and final accounts.
Support cost control, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Provide contractual and commercial support to management and project teams.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of commercial matters.
