Piaget Singapore seeks a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial department in line with the Maison’s strategic plan. This role involves sales reporting, quarterly dashboards, and coordinating boutique commissions and inventory for optimized product availability.

Responsibilities span VM/CRM logistics, back-office boutique support, vendor payments, and ad-hoc projects for the Commercial Director. Strong precision and collaborative communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sales reporting: prepare and distribute sales reports, estimates and decks.
• Boutique commissions: manage end-to-end commission calculations and HR/Payroll submission.
• Dashboard & system management: maintain commercial dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Inventory & stock coordination: monitor stock levels and flag opportunities.
