Job summary

HANSON CARRIERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to drive chartering, cargo development and overall commercial growth.

You will build and manage relationships with shipowners, charterers and cargo interests, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with teams to deliver shipping solutions across markets. The role requires 5+ years in shipping/commercial development, strong market knowledge, and excellent communication skills; willingness to travel and work

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, Business, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in shipping, chartering, ship broking or commercial business development.
• Strong knowledge of the dry bulk and/or general cargo shipping market.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other Asian languages would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
