Job summary

bolttech, a fast-growing insurtech, is seeking a diligent insurance broking administrator in Singapore to support the broking team for new and renewal business, with a primary focus on commercial insurance lines. You will handle policy administration, proposals, and servicing for both internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• At least a GCE O certificate holder with ideally 1 year of insurance broking experience.
• Certificate in General Insurance beneficial but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good command of oral and written English. Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
• High attention to details and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional administrative support to broking team including co-servicing corporate client for new and renewal accounts.
• Ensure timely back-end support of insurance proposal, cover notes and policies.
• Process renewals, documents, endorsements and billings accurately and efficiently; ensure policy processing complies with policies and regulations.
• Manage Foreign Worker Bond queries and transmission instructions to Insurers.
• Conduct accuracy checks on policy documents received from Insurers.
• Assist credit control with following up on premium collections when required.
• Handle documentation and record-keeping to maintain accurate customer records and files.
• Provide phone and walk-in support in receptionist absence.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
