Quess Selection & Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the insurance broking channel in Singapore. You will develop strategic broker partnerships, identify new business, and drive profitable growth across the commercial insurance portfolio.

The role focuses on strengthening relationships with brokers, working with underwriting teams, and delivering solutions that meet clients' evolving insurance needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Insurance, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in general insurance, commercial insurance, insurance broking, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's insurance and broking landscape.
• Existing relationships within the broker community would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies through the insurance broking channel.
• Build and deepen relationships with Singapore brokers and intermediaries.
• Identify new business opportunities via existing and new broker partnerships.
• Manage a portfolio of broker accounts with ongoing engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with underwriters to develop competitive, commercially viable solutions.
• Drive submissions, renewals, cross-selling and overall portfolio growth.
• Conduct broker meetings, presentations and business reviews.
• Ensure governance, compliance and regulatory adherence.
