Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a service-focused Insurance Administrator to manage and grow an assigned portfolio in Singapore.

The contract runs for 6 months with a possible 3-month extension, located at Manhattan House, Singapore, with a salary up to SGD 3,000 basic per month. You will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service for motor, bond and other general insurance products, build trusted relationships with clients and leads, and contribute to process

Qualifications

Min. Local Diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification and/or Health Insurance Certification.
At least 1 year of related experience (freshers welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop an assigned insurance portfolio (e.g., motor, bonds).
Provide admin and customer service to clients dealing with general insurance products.
Establish value-added relationships with clients and leads as a trusted advisor.
Participate in improving processes and product offerings.
Provide admin support for daily operations as needed.
